Movement is a way to draw with the body through space, it is a temporary line unique to the individual who creates it. This project applies Donna Haraway’s concept that ‘only partial perspective promises objective vision’ to performance, and explores how intersectional feminist objectivity can be found through interactive art forms.
This project is an interactive installation that aims to encourages viewers to take up space, and express themselves through movement. This stems from the experiments: Drawing through Dance, Light Experiments and Movement Through Light, as shown in the video below.

This installation constructs an environment that invites you to take up this space freely. The partition filters or reflects certain wavelengths of light, and the resulting effect changes depending on your point of observation. We encourage you to move about the space to view this dichroic effect, and interact with the screen in any way you wish.
